Our Mission
Evlos Technology remains committed to giving back to the community and we are honored to support philanthropies that hold a special place in our hearts. Each year, as a company, we make charitable donations and participate in charitable events with the generosity and passion to help people in need.
This year is no exception as we are teaming with the Akron Children’s Hospital who is dedicated to pediatric care. Its vast network of Akron Children’s Pediatrics offices offers convenient access to expert pediatric primary care for patients from infancy through young adulthood.
Akron Children Hospital is an independent, nonprofit pediatric health care system that has been caring for children since 1890. With two hospital campuses, seven regional health centers and more than 50 primary and specialty care locations throughout Ohio, it is the only health care system in northeast Ohio fully dedicated to pediatric care. Its vast network of Akron Children’s Pediatrics offices offers convenient access to expert pediatric primary care for patients from infancy through young adulthood. From School-Based Health Care to Quick Care Online virtual visits and Akron Children’s Anywhere app, Akron Children’s makes it easy for today’s busy families to find the high-quality care they need. In 2023, the health care system provided nearly 1.4 million patient encounters and employed more than 7,000 employees.
This year Evlos honored
the ever strong, courageous, vivacious, hilarious, brilliant, and beautiful Scarlett Kline. On June 12th, 2023 our precious Scarlett, 6yr old daughter of Evlos’ COO Tom Kline, went to the ER for some severe pain in her arm which unbelievably led to her being diagnosed with Leukemia. Her diagnosis was shocking and terrifying and began a 2yr battle that has been filled with fear, pain, pokes, cries, and tears, but also has been filled with faith, family, friends, cuddles, hugs, smiles, laughs, pride, and victories!!! Scarlett is now CANCER FREE and in her final treatment cycle, “Maintenance”, and is scheduled to ring the bell in the fall of 2025 thanks to the brilliant and loving angels of her medical team at Akron Children’s Hospital, who have been dearly caring for her since her first admission. We are proud to honor this little fighter who has inspired everyone that has been blessed to know her, and has made us all better during her courageous fight. With year over year growth we continue to surpass milestones, adapt to ever-changing technologies, and provide successful mission support by evolving into the company we are today.
